Hello!
I'm tried to configure chat widget in the omnichannel customer service, but it don't work!
I was doing everything by this guide - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/omnichannel/administrator/configure-live-chat
But when I try to create a chat channel it produce an error:

if there still issues please help to reach out our support channel with the ticket to resolve your issue.
An error occurred in the PreLiveChatConfigCreatePlugin plug-in
Error code: 0x80040265
Did someone knows what it is and where is the problem? How can I manage this?

Did you try to validate this provision documentation on the configuration part and reproduce the issue.
if you have already tried and still face the problem, please log a case with microsoft support channel through admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com
I am also facing the same issue , can someone please confirm the fix.
