Sending lead to distributor

I have a flow that creates new leads from form submissions on website. Then the lead is assigned using assignment rules in D365 based on sales representatives' Territory and Segments (based on Country/Region of lead entered in the website form). I have segments for distributors countries but I'm not sure who should be a member of them.

The distributors don't have the access to D365 in my case. How would I share the lead with the distributor? I saw this article but didn't understand it Who should get the lead assigned to? Do I need a separate license just for all distributor leads? If I assign it to myself do I need to create a separate flow with a bunch of conditions for each country to trigger an email to send to specific distributor based on the country? Is there a simpler way I'm not seeing?

Hi OlehBohoslavets,

Are you maintaining Distributers in your system?

Now, It is your call. Do you need Distributor access to your system? If Yes, for that purpose you just need to create a model-driven app and shared it with external users. Right now it is working with any free licenses. first, resolve their access and assign them leads.

If you do not want access of distributors than email is fine.

It is your call whether to create new power automate or extend an existing one.
