How to add more users for dev environments (Cloud hosted)?

Hi,

We have only one cloud hosted environment to perform development activities which has both Admin and User. Now we needed few more users for development purpose.

Below are the options we have tried

Creating another cloud hosted environments - This option is not viable because it will increase the expenditure\Cost for practice purpose.
Installing Virtual Machines was another way - But facing some issues like auto shutdown even provided with preferrable RAM, Issues with debugging, Slowness.

But above mentioned two ways are not preferrable, I just want to know is there any other way to provide environments to multiple users at a time.

Here is my suggestion. You can create a new user account on the Window server. That way, you have 3 accounts.

You can't have more developers working at a single developement environment at once.

The problem with auto-shutdown is likely caused by the fact that there is a trial version of Windows Server and the trial expired. You can extend it by running slmgr -rearm command. See Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 Evaluation: How to extend the Trial Period, for example, for more details.
