Hii,

In the below image, I am trying to filter the Work order on a mobile phone of respective resource only. But once I click on sync button the filter value vanishes and all the records are displayed.

For e.g. The mobile phone is of user Adam, and I want to display only those work orders which has been given to Adam through resource filter.

    It is because you are in online mode. If you switch it to offline then the filter will stay.

    If you highlight the view in woodford and press the 'properties' button there are options to use the view filter in online or offline.

    When you edit the properties of an existing view, you can no longer change the template (that's only the starting design of a view), but configure additional parameters:

    Default – Make this view the default initial view. If the default is not set, the first view in alphabetical order is used.

    Mode – Make this view dedicated for online or offline view, or for both.

    Sync Filter – Select if you want to use Sync Filter also in online mode for this view.
