Hi All, I am facing a problem to open a screen which under Requisitions Module -  Requisition Approval (RQ.520.00).  

However, I do not customize this screen at all.

Anyone can provide solution?

    Hi. Check to see if the company name contains a parenthesis (a bracket or something around the name). If it does contain a parenthesis you need to remove it. Check out the link:
