Hi,
We're receiving current message when trying to run revaluation on Sales "you can't revalue amounts; another user is applying or unapplying documents. try again later". we checked all Apply situations that prevent revaluation and found none, what could be the issue in this case.

Have you tried getting everyone out of GP and deleting the activity and process tables?
Go through the steps in this post to delete all stuck users / batches...as a start.
