The setting to show customer their position in queue for omnichannel is no longer where it was.

When I create a chat channel and disable number in queue, the setting to show customer position in queue can be seen in Behavior tab.
Have you seen any wrong message in console?

I do have 2023 release wave 1 enabled:
1. Hard to tell at this point. I have noticed it yesterday.
2. Customer wait time function was enabled when I have created channel, but number in queue was disabled
3. I cannot see the function when creating new channels, thus this issue is not channel specific.
The setting to show customer position in queue for omnichannel remained in the Behavior tab until after the most recent update in Wave 1, 2023.
Please let check this information from your side:
1. How long can we do not find Customer wait time function?
2. Have you fund Customer wait time function when you create a chat channel?
3. Is the function only missing in the specific chat channel?
