As Martin said, there's no tool for migrating code from D365FO to AX2012. Why would you need to do that?
If you know that you are developing something that is needed in AX2012 and D365FO, you should develop it in AX2012. Then you can use the Code Upgrade tool to upgrade it in D365FO. Even then you need to manually finalize the result, but the technical translation of the source code and metadata from AX2012 format to D365FO format is done for you by the tool.
It'll help if you tell us what business reasons you have for such a thing.
You won't find any easy way because normally nobody should do it. I wonder whether you aren't going to do a wrong thing. Or maybe somebody screwed things up before and you'll have to reimplement the whole solution. As I said, many things (both business and technical features) of D365FO don't exist in AX 2012, therefore it's not "a move". You'll likely have to redesign quite a few things. And if your solution heavily depends on features existing only in D365FO, reimplementation in AX 2012 may be virtually impossible.
Actually , we need to move the whole application including tables, forms , their extension classes , enums , edts etc
Can you first tell us what you're doing? What exactly are you trying to get into AX 2012 and why?
Are you sure that taking table metadata without code would be safe? What about code validating data integrity, for example?
What about tables, enums, edt ? can we trasfer them quickly , or have to create them again in ax 2012 ??
Yes, it is dynamics 365 for finance and operations. Thanks martin for the reply.
Which Dynamics 365 app do you mean? Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations? Why would you want to downgrade code to the older version?
If you really have to do it, you'll have to redesign quite a few things, because D365FO solution may be using many features that don't exist in AX 2012 (data entities, extensions, CoC, modeled events, Power BI reports and so on...).
