Position in the queue and average waiting time not showing in the chatwidget

Hi there,

I have a PVA bot connected to Omnichannel and on the workstream session I have set to show the position in the queue and average waiting time for the chatwidget, but is not showing at all.

Any reason that could make it not to work?

    Hi,

    The average wait time is displayed only if the wait is one minute or longer. 

    When there's no wait, the average wait time isn't displayed.
