Email SOP Invoice Error

User receives the following

 Close the Item Price List Copy Maintenance window before continuing.

This is a new error for me.  The user says they did not have this window open, and that they were the only one logged into the particular company at the time.

1.  Why should a price list copy affect a SOP invoice email being sent?

2.  Assuming they are correct the window was not open, something in sql is set to make it think it is, what would that something be?

    Hello,

    The almost appears to be a false error.  Just to test, I opened the Item Price List Copy Maintenance window, and left it open, and I could still email Sales Invoices without any errors.  There are times where an error that is unaccounted in the code occurs and a message that is out of the ordinary appears in the user interface.  There is also a chance that something is incorrect in the SY01700 Error messages table.  

    I would say that if it is something that they can recreate or is continuing to happen, that they should get all users out of the system and clear activity records.  *steps 1-3 in the following article.

    If it is not something that they can recreate, then it could have been a timing issue or someone may have had a stuck activity record in these tables that has since cleared itself.  

    I have never personally seen this error in support.

    You’ll need to note if these interruption reasons happen for a specific UserID, or a specific customer master or vendor. Also note if the interruptions occur randomly, periodically, or often mcdvoice
