Return Orders - How to Cancel?

Is there a way to cancel Return Order when the Return Status is set to Registered? The packing slip or credit were not issued. I'm really struggling with this.

Hi Drumcode,

Can you open the Return order and in the lines area do 'Update line' -> 'Registration' -> 'Auto-create' -> 'Post all'?

If you can do this on each line, to 'Un-register' the lines, you should be able to delete the Return order.
