Why a pop-up asking "Some components of this application require your login." appears frequently in Customer Service ?

Posted on by 115

In customer service (seen also in Sales) , sometimes a pop-up appears, asking "Some components of this application require your login."

It is annoying, because it appears frequently.

Anybody knows why ?

Thx,
Laurent.

    Hi Leco,

i understand that Chrome recent changes make this appear because of multi-domain cookies.

The blog  www.buildwithmichel.com/.../ is very useful to fix that.

    Thank you very much.

    Laurent.

    Hi partner,

Seems to be related to Azure (Security) settings, or you can try another browser. You can find solutions in the link below. If that still doesn't solve your issue, I suggest you open a ticket with Microsoft Teams for assistance.
