Getting an error while creating coc for purchaserequisitionlineentity Entity

I was trying to add some custom code , hence used coc... but thats gives error...

The assembly which contains class 'PurchaseRequisitionLineEntity' is not compiled with chain of command feature, so method 'insertEntityDataSource' cannot use chain of command in this extension class.

This seems a common error as per warning given by Microsoft.

Have you already tried rebuild of all models in your box..?

Tried that already.. doesn't helps in my case.
