We are using Dynamics 365 Sales and Microsoft Teams. We use the feature "Linked Chat" to establish a connection between Dynamics an Teams. When we start a new linked chat, i.e. from an opportunity, Dynamics sends a set of fields to Teams, i.e. the name of the opportunity and the name of the potencial customer.
Is it possible to customize this data, i.e. adding the customers email adress? And if so, how can this be done?
