VoC: Early days program, Change Management and road to greater maturity

Am looking for practical case studies or articles covering good practices and typical milestones for an organization new to a formal VoC program and beginning the journey. Though I value the power of today's platforms, I'm not the shiny new tool type and tend to begin by cobbling together some of what I have to deliver value in terms of both quick wins, organizational momentum and support for a business case for larger resource commitments.

What do we have here in the community please? I searched a bit but did not come across anything.
