I am new to my role in my organization as the Recruitment and Outreach Manager. My responsibilities are to schedule and track events that will help increase enrollment into our program services. We use Dynamics 365 and from what I understand, we do not have a tracking system for any events that we attend. Currently, events are tracked on a spreadsheet.
Does Dynamics 365 have an option or add-on that would allow me to track the following?
- Event name
- Event type
- Date
- Who from the organization attended
- contact information for event organizer
- outcome from the event
- how many people visited the table
- how many inquiry cards were collected
- rating of event
- something that would allow us to determine if we should attend the event next time
