Not able to export to my BYOD database

Hi,

I have created a new BYOD and I am not able to export to it, not sure why.

it starts the export and then it fails on error

Exception from HRESULT: 0xC020801C
error labelId:

it has the same configuration that another db that I am able to export and it does validate when I check.

What am I missing?

    Hi Astrid,

    Please check this post and try the steps to check if that resolves your issue.

    Do you have any other details in logs? For the other DB that works, are you exporting from the same environment?

    Thanks for your reply.

    I have tried to refresh the entities, regenerate, republish and I have even built the models and synchronize the database and nada.

    But I did use the article you sent and the error is

    Encountered an error, but it is not identified as potentially transient. Will not retry

    Hi,

    Do you use standard or custom entity here?

    Can you export data to Excel?
