Notification when a form is submitted

Hello
 
We have form owners who need to be notified via email whenever someone submits a form. This is so we can track easily (email alert) as opposed to going in to each form / checking submissions there.
 
Is this possible? If so can someone share a step-by-step guide?

    For Microsoft Forms + Power Automate
    1. Go to Power Automate:
           https://make.powerautomate.com/
    2.  Create a new flow:
    • Click “Create” > “Automated cloud flow”
    • Name it e.g., Form Submission Email Alert
    • Choose trigger: “When a new response is submitted” (Microsoft Forms)
    1.  Configure the Form Trigger:
    • Select your form from the dropdown.
    1.  Add Action – Get Response Details:
    • Action: Microsoft Forms – Get response details
    • Form ID: same as above.
    • Response ID: select from dynamic content.
    1.  Add Action – Send Email:
    • Action: Outlook – Send an email (V2)
    • To: Form Owner's email
    • Subject: New Form Submission: [Form Name]
    • Body: Include dynamic fields from the form response
    1.  Save and Test:

    For Dynamics 365 Marketing (Real-time Marketing Form)
    1. Go to Real-time Marketing > Triggers
      • Create a trigger for the form submission (use relevant fields if needed)
    2. Create a Real-time Journey
      • Trigger: Use the one created above
      • Add an Email Activity
      • Choose an Email Template that notifies the form owner
      • In audience, use dynamic content to fetch form owner (optional)
    3. Activate the Journey

     For ClickDimensions Forms
    1. Go to Web Content > Forms
      • Edit the form
    2. Under “Form Capture or Web Form Actions”
      • Add an Email Notification Action
    3. Set Recipient
      • Enter the Form Owner’s email
    4. Configure Email Content
      • Include form fields in the body
    5. Save and Publish
