I don't know somebody who has those old documentations available somewhere.
Not sure if somebody in MS still has that information.
Might be worth trying to reach out to the support and see if they still have those old documentations.

Axapta 3.0 had help files included which contains documentation. Related to the user group permissions, this was based on setup. There is not default map document available as the setup was typically different per implementation.
