Synch service error while inStalling CDX 2012 r3

Hi All, 

Can you please help me on this,

I am trying to install retail components with cdx, while installing i am getting following error here are logs and snapshot

    In dependency of the history of your dev machine, I would consider you the following:

    - if the machine was fresh and no other applications had been running on it, you should continue searching for the specific error

    - if the machine has an old installation of operating system and other applications had been run, I would reinstall the OS and AX components.

    Another thing to check is the account, with which you are installing. Are there any domain policy restrictions?

    Its a dev environment machine and i have installed for the first time, its a one client machine, what should i do in this case ?

    1; Any work around.

    2. reinstall the OS and Software again .

    Is this an error on one client or an error on every client?

    If you have other clients where the setup works fine, I would reinstall the operating system on the faulty machine.

    This is an intuitive answer, not a documented one.
