LS Retail NAV 2009 Classic - Error Trying to Logon

This error occurs after the user puts in their ID. I have the correct store number and terminal number. Does anyone have any ideas what this is about? We cannot login past this point.

This error only occurs when we select a specific Store Number and Terminal Number. When selecting different stores then we do not get an error.

Hi,

As mentioned by Suresh, some components are not properly installed. Could you retry installing them again using the Administrator user?

The computer is missing some components, do you happen to forgot to install any of the MSI's
