Hi Jaya- Dev.
The varning is due to the certificate configured for the S2STokenIssuer has expired.
As you have no issues I presume your Exchange is on-premise?
The certificate is used for server-to-server authentication, e.g. for SharePoint Document integration and Exchange Online(Hybrid setup)
So if your Email Profile is setup against a on-premise Exchange, and you have no SharePoint Document integration setup you could safely ignore this warning as it should only be seen by users having the System Administrator security role if I recall correctly.
If you want to get rid of it, you could either just create a self-signed cert and run the CertificateReconfiguration.ps1 PS script which you find under Tools folder in your D365 installation directory.
You can read more on how to use the tool here:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/admin/on-prem-server-based-sharepoint-on-prem?view=op-9-1
I don't have a script on how to remove it other than you can delete it directly from the MSCRM_CONFIG db under table: Certificates.. But do remember that it is not supported way, so at your own risk.
