Hello together,

According to my client's scenario, There is a PR line approved (50 pcs) but vendor says he is going to send materials partialy. Therefore my client wants to firm just a part of PR line (20 pcs). I couldn't achieve that. Is there any way to do that?

    Hi Dogan,

We cannot create 2 PO lines, but we could use the Delivery schedule on PO.

Since one PR line cannot be converted to multiple PO lines, your suggestion is not working for me. But thanks!

Hi Yohann, I didn't try this concept before, now trying to handle it, thank you very much in advance. I'll let you know the results.

    Hi,

Maybe try not to firm directly the PR into a PO in the "release approved PR" menu but to use a "consolidation opportunities".

    - create a consolidation opportunity

    - add to the opportunity the approved PR lines

    - you should have a "modify" button

    - try then to modify the quantity

    - then close the opportunity

    - go the release approved PR and firm it.

Not sure you can update the quantity because i've not tested myself but you should try.
