Mailbox in mscrm D365 onpremise v9.0

Hi All,

I had Configured SMTP email server profile and did test and enable, the test run status was showing Failed but  I could able to send emails.

Few days back, emails were showing in pending sent status so I changed something in Mailbox but I made sure every configuration is set it up properly. But the mailbox is not at all enabling and the test enable status is showing since 10 days "In Progress" status.I tried to find error in Mailbox alert section, each modules alert section and Event viewer logs also, couldn't find any error alert or logs.

Whether anybody faced this issue? Please let me know the fix for the same.

Thanks in advance,

Parshuram Jadhav

    Dear All,

I found the solution, after changing the async process log on user Privilege(need admin privilege for Async process)
