I would like to know, if Dynamics 365 App for Outlook supports more than one Mailbox.
Business Case:
- A Dynamics user has two E-mail Adresses
- One E-mail Adress is his primary in Dynamics
- Another one is his private
- He adds his private E-mail Adress to Outlook -> he has now two mailboxes in Outlook
- He would like to track his private e-mails in Dynamics
Will it work? What should be done to get it to work? Enter his privare E-mail Adress as Mail 2 in Dynamics?
