Debugging Attached Process

I'm attaching to process IISEXPRESS. I can debug code I have created in my project. However, if I want to debug through some other code, it never stops at the break point I set. I'm bringing in the other code by using View Code in the project I'm in. I've also got the Tools->Options->Debugging->Symbols->Load all modules, unless excluded checked.

What am I missing?

Please go to Dynamics 365 > Options and make sure this checkbox is unchecked -

The checkbox should be unchecked as shown in the screenshot. Just confirming you have the same setting.
