    Hi Asif,

The security is bypassed for system administrators. It should not block. So this is something unusual.

You said it was also tested with other system admin users. What was the outcome of this?

Can you give us the complete error message for "The workflow system could not access the busin"? It might be the key.

    Hi Asif,

This latest error has no user ID mentioned. Did it have "admin1" or was it really empty?

    Dear Asif Kunimmal,

    Please check/Action the following.

    1. Which workflow version is enabled if you have many version available. And check the configuration.

    2. Remove the user (Admin1 or any ) from AX.

    3. Import the user again and assign the corresponding role and make the employee user relationship.

    4. Modify the workflow with the user assignment.

    5.  Recall and resubmit the workflow again.

I hope it will solve your issue. It happens sometimes. I am not sure about the cause. It happen to me due to some customization.

    Regards,

    Prashant Kumar

    Hi Prashant,

I tried as you suggested, but unlucky.

    1. configuration is verified & it is okey

    2. User removed from AX.

    3. Imported again with system admin role and assigned relation employee.

    4. added user to workflow

    5. Recalled and resubmitted

    same error.

    Thanks

    Asif

    Dear Prashant,

Thank you for support.  It was due to the customization in PR.

User relation was replaced by new customized employee field in the PR & which results to empty for different employee.

    Thanks

    Asif
