How we can add more field on Applicant form in Dynamics 365 Talent.

    Unfortunately no. Attract is a SaaS application which deploys the same code and data-structure fro every user and we cannot just add custom fields to entities as it is the case in AX right now.

    Is there a workaround for this functionality for now which can fill the gap for the customers who would need additional tabs for their requirements?

    You cannot add more fields at the moment. However, extension of the product to meet industry or customer needs is still absolutely necessary and part of the roadmap. The extension technologies are PowerApps for UI, PowerBI for analytics, Flow for orchestration and CDS for data.
