Connection with the Application Object Server could not be established?

Hello All,

only fone user is  getting this error "Connection with the Application Object Server could not be established".

All user connect to Terminal Server (Window 2008 R2) and click on AX file(.axc) (shared for all)and open AX , AX gets opned but only one user is unable to connect .

we are using AX2009 SP1 RU3.Database serv er is SQL 2008R2.All user connects to Termianl Server and click on (.AXC file) (shared file).

 

Anyone has any idea what may caused this issue?

    Can you clear the cache for another user?  Because with the issue, the user isn't able to log in, so they can't clear their own cache.  If there is a way, I honestly would like to know.

    Log in as the user having the issue or have the user perform these steps:

    1. Click on Start > Control Panel

    2. Change the “View by” from Category to Small or Large Icons.

    3. Open the Credential Manager

    4. Click the Drop-down arrow in the Windows Credentials section

    5. Click “Remove from vault”

    6. Have the user log out and log back in re-test

    Age old problem..  Did you clear that one users cache first?

    How did you solved it? same error. i have problem with AX 2012 on windows Server 2012 Terminal server.

    Did you get a resolution for this?  I am seeing the same thing with AX 2012 on a Win 2k8 R2 Terminal Server.
