I have Dynamics 365 CE & Dynamics 365 for Marketing - latest versions.

I am trying to view a report of anyone who has opened a specific email we have sent through a Marketing Journey.

I understand i can view Journey insights, but the goal is to have a list i can give to other staff who do not have a Marketing user role.

Is this possible?

Hello Joseph,

I understand you are not interested in a nice report that renders visually in Power BI which can be setup even to auto refresh and you (if you have Power BI pro user license as the sharing users) could shared with your other tenant users (even Power BI free) in your Power BI online experience... OK

You can still use Power BI free though

Open the Email Marketing Power BI report or create one for yourself with Power BI free.

The use the export functionality:

You can even choose yet another path - soon:

Today you can build a dynamic segment based on interactions of email open and identify all contacts who have opened a certain marketing message. And the upcoming UI enhancements in Segmentation will make it easier to do so.

Then you will be able to use "Export to Excel" in order to export the members and then can create an email based on the data.

Export will be supported later this year.

Thanks Christian,

I understand that a PowerBI report will give me a list but that will still lock that list behind a licence for anyone i'd like to share the list with.

What I'm really after is an advanced find looking at contacts who open a certain email send, that i can then share with d365 users. It's a simple thing to create with ClickDimensions - is it possible with d365 for marketing?

Hello Josef,

Like Clofly mentions , the reporting need you have can be fulfilled using Power BI.

I am making a portal with resources for Marketing analytical reporting with Dynamics 365 Marketing that shows what is possible and offers sample reports and reporting framework for download.

To make custom analytics,

you could create your own reports from your Dynamics 365 for Marketing data by using Power BI,
