We are having an issue with the CRM portal for all iphone users. For some reason when a user acceses the crm portal from an iphone browser (such like Safari) the CRM portal does not display the page correctly using the mobile view, we tried requesting the browser to use DESKTOP view, but nothing changes after switching the view:

I know this might be a potencial issue because when accesing the portal with an android device, it is shown correctly:
As far as I understand, the portal is mobile responsive so it should work fine as long as the version of the phone is up to date. In our case we have made sure that the iphone has latest version of IOS.
We also tried opening the portal on the iphone using other browsers, but the behavior is the same.

There is nothing specific about the portal to support any type of browser or device. It has been built on a bootstrap template, but you are free fully rewrite the design and markup.
You can try to see if the problem is repro on default portal (as I search - this one looks default). If the problem with iPhone persists even on default portal - you can submit tickets to MS support, but most probably it will be resolved in months, so most effectively look into the markup and fix the problem yourself.
You can change Header section of your site in CRM->Portals->Web templates->Header web template.
