Activate pending price doesn't work specifically for one item.

Dear All,
I am trying to activate the cost price, but it is giving below error. we are using standard cost and same is selected in item model groups. We do not maintain Inventory cost revaluation and rounding variance main accounts in item groups still then we would be able to activate pending price. I am able to activate for other items but for only this item it is showing this error. Please help.
