Customer Voice Survey Invites stuck in status "Queued"

Hi there, 

Have sent just 7 surveys out to 7 contacts from an uplaoded CSV. file and all of them are stuck in status queued, have used customer voice before (around 6 months ago) with the same account and no issues, any ideas as to why this may be happening? Any help is much appreciated.
