Dears 

after upgrade AX2012 R2 to R3

when try to print the journals if included bank, vendor and customer

system to print the description of bank, vendor and customer only print the ledger account 

and sometimes if appear only number of bank, vendor and customer not name 

* we notice for Bank for example if one bank account connect with one Ledger account appear the number when printout

if more than bank connect with same ledger account not appear any thing like attachedprintout.jpg

    Many thanks for this clarification.

    In your report the customer account name seems missing or did you close the name with the red squared box?

    I assume that it is missing.

    If so, can you share details of the first and the second line shown in the report?

    That is, I would like to understand why you see a customer account in the second line but not in the first line?

    By the way, is LC0022 really your customer account name?

    Hi,

    The printout looks interesting because the first line does not include an account name, while the second does.

    Do you know if adjustments have been made to this report?

    Can you have a developer look at this?
