Hi Community.
I just wanted to ask a question around leave, in particular, birthday leave. When you are at my organisation for over 12 months you are entitled to one day of birthday leave a year. How do I create that up on the plan so that people accrue that birthday leave for the year, but if they were to not take it during the year the following year they would not have 2 days of birthday leave, but rather just the one day allocated. So employees should only be entitled one birthday leave day a year.....instead of it just accruing over time in hours. Essentially having it reset to one day after the 12 months is finished.
