Outbound marketing email: where are the fields to filter insights by date range?

Hi everyone,

When I open the 'Insights' of an outbound marketing email or customer journey, I cannot see the filters anymore. The filtering is now default 30 days in the past.

(This is how it should be, such as described by Microsoft:)

Is this a general know issue? Anyone an idea how to turn on the filters again?

    Hi partner,

    Hope you are well.

    Please confirm the bellowing issues if possible:

    1. Have you ever saw "From" and "To" settings in the form before?

    2. Open Insights main form of Marketing email table, check if "From" and "To" settings in the form.

    3. Check if any web resource added in the form hide the "From" and "To" settings.

    4. Try to use privacy model to open the page, check if "From" and "To" settings in the form.

    In the Sandbox Environment it is still there:

    But in the Production Environment it is missing ... :
