Unified Interface add existing Dashboard from previous solution

Hi everyone

could anyone advise how to add/show a customised dashboard in a unified interface App that is currently in our live environment.

I am testing moving to the unified Apps and can display the system dashboards with no issues but any that I have created as a bespoke dashboard shared with users do not show and can not be selected.

Do I have to create them all as new or is there another way to display to users who will need them when we move over.

Any help appreciated

Vanessa

    Vanessa,

I'm not sure what issue you experience. As far as I understood you built the personal dashboard and shared it with users.

If you want to provide access to that dashboard to other users in the same organization - just share it.

If you want to move dashboard between environments you can use XrmToolBox and Personal Views/Charts/Dashboards plugin I developed.

Hi there, from what I understood the users are not able to access some dashboards in specific apps. If correct I would suggest the followed link :

    docs.microsoft.com/.../configure-interactive-experience-dashboards :

The following procedure provides the steps to enable the security roles for the interactive experience:

    Open solution explorer.

    Under Components, select Dashboards.

In the grid, select the dashboard you want and select Enable Security Roles on the task bar.

In the Assign Security Roles dialog, select the Display only to these selected security roles option and select the roles that you want to enable. Select OK.

Also, make sure the users have privileges to access the data each dashboard contain
