Set Data source tables`s column on lookup change

I have a lookup and a list in my form. My list came with N number of rows pre-populated & what I want to achieve is that on lookup value change I want that value to be set in list against N rows that were populated. I tried lookup method but I am not able to change the data-source. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

please register a onchange event for your lookup field. And use JavaScript to iterate your grid rows and populate the expected value as you want.

Dynamics CRM doesn't support X++, you can only use JavaScript to invoke Dynamics CRM Client Development Model to achieve this goal.
