Knowledge Article permissions

Hello All,

I want to give Knowledge Article permission to non admin users (in custom security roles). I want to basically insert it in Email.

Please can somebody know, what permissions are required to insert knowledge article in an email.

I can see button, but search is not returning anything.

    I know that already. I just want to know which entities i need to give permission for knowledge article in our custom security role.

    Hi JeffGreenrc,

    Assign “Customer Service app” security role to the user, this will have all the needed privileges.
