Post Screenshots in Chat

Hi Forum,

since the latest Update, taken screenshots are not posted in the Chat for Teams Users anymore.

so, while i'm wearing the Hololens with Remote assist, i took a screenshot. Usally it apperas in the chat history for alle participants.

Right now, this is not happening anymore.

can you please fix this bug asap?

    Well, seemed to be a hick-up in the system. I had the issue und severable customers asked me about that.

    But I re-tested it yesterday and everything works fine now...

    Are some of your customers guest users on the calls they are participating in? Certain file types do not get shared into the chat for all users. This is determined by security rules that may be in place for guest and external users. If your IT team has rules in place for teams that controls certain access for Guest and External users this may be why some of your users are seeing this issue, but you are not when testing internally.
