How to copy all customizations from Sandbox to a production environment?

Maybe I am doing things wrong.

I thought the sandbox environment is kinda for testing purposes, so I made all my customizations (fields, forms, business process flow) in the Sandbox enviroment. Now I realize dynamics does not allow copy settings from a Sandbox to a Production... so I am stuck here.

How can I move all the customizations from my sandbox to the production environment?

Is it safe to covert a Production Environment to Sandbox first so I can use the Copy function (from Sandbox to Sandbox)?

Hi,

You can make use of Solution to transport your customization from sandbox to production instance.

Create new solution and add your customized components to your newly created solution then export the solution and import to production instance.
