How do I add a picture in Report Writer? We have modified our company logo and I need to add the new picture to the resources. When I go to add a new picture in the resources menu, I can only add a title. No way to upload the picture. What am I missing? 1172.Capture.PNG

You can just copy and paste the image into the picture location of the window.

You can also just copy and paste the image directly on the report.

Hi

Brandon is correct that you can copy and paste into the Picture "field" on the Picture Definition window. You might need to click into the area on the window before pressing Ctrl-V to paste.

There are also limitations. The image cannot be larger than 32K when saved as a standard uncompressed bitmap. You might need to reduce the size or number of colors (bits per pixel) for the image.

Also there are some guidelines for getting the image resolution and DPI (dot per inch) correct for the printer so it does not pixelate when printing.
