Attachments is not syncing attachments in Outlook

I tried syncing Appointments in Outlook with attachments. The appointment was synced but the attachment is not included in the invite. I already enabled the syncing of attachments in the system settings.

Any thoughts?

Hi Marjorie,

Please check these two things:

1)

Go to Settings > Administration.

Choose System Settings, then choose Synchronization.

Choose Synchronize appointment attachments with Outlook or Exchange

2)

In the web app, in the upper-right corner of the screen, click the Settings button > Options.

In the Set Personal Options dialog box, choose the Synchronization tab.

Choose synchronized fields.

Check the arrow direction of the attachment

In addition, does this issue happen on every synchronized appointment?

1. what is the sync mechanism used, SSS or outlook Sync? ---Server-Side Synchronization

2. What is the version of outlook addin and Organization.---Microsoft Dynamics 365 App for Outlook

3. is there any logs that you see under %Appdata%/local/Microsoft/MSCRM Folder?---No new logs found

4. Is CRM to outlook attachment is broken or from outlook to CRM or both? ---I already enabled the synchronization of attachments; The sync direction is set to: Both directions

5. What was the size of the attachment? ---1kb
