Cultivation tax

Hi, I am working with a customer that needs to collect tax when purchasing a product from a farm. After they put that product through production and it reaches distribution, they need to pay the tax based off of what they purchased. I am not sure how to set this up. I know how to set up tax. This customer still needs to charge other taxes the way that you normally would. This just seems entirely backwards. any suggestions?

    Hello,

Sounds like a provision/fee or royalty.

Due to specific requirements I normally developed something like this.

Let me understand, the Tax is paid to the farm upon consumption of the product? How does the client report consumption to the farm?
