We are setting up a new Unified development environment and planning to use a new version control system. VSTS/Git.
What components are involved in setting up the system from checking the code from Dev branch to preparing deployment ready package. For example, things that are needed to use the build pipelines build server/build agent etc....
Please give an estimate on the cost involved in maintaining the systems.
