Hi, I am looking for an information which field service version is supported on D365 v9. It seems that the 7.x version are targeted for v9, but are 6.x also supported? Is it required to update them wehen you upgrade your CRM to v9?

You are right. Field Service v7 is targeted for Dynamics 365 v9.
Field Service v6 is no longer supported. These are known Issues for Field Service v6 on Dynamics 365 9.0 Orgs: https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/crm/2018/02/23/important-notes-for-field-service-and-project-service-automation-after-upgrade-of-dynamics-365-organizations-to-version-9-0/
After you upgrade Dynamics 365 organizations to Dynamics 365 (online), version 9.0, please also make sure to upgrade the existing Field Service and Project Service Automation solution to the latest and greatest version; this ensures functionalities work as expected and allows you to try out new capabilities introduced in the new release.
