Cannot generate payment getting error

Hi,

Im facing error when to generate payment in payment journal.

Below is the error that im getting.

VendOutPaymRecord object not initialised.

I have checked that, every single line have selected method of payment.

Is there anything missing or this got to do with bug?

There seems to be a modification made here.

What is the class VMY_VendOutPaymSCB?

Can you please have a developer taking a look at this and the related adjustments made?
