Default localization when you purchase BC

When a customer purchases Dynamics 365 Business Central, is the W1 localization default? Is there a default localization based the geography of the tenant in which it is licensed? For example, if a US customer buys BC with a tenant based in the US does the localization automatically default to the US localization of the W1 localization?

    The default should be the region that the licenses is purchased for.  And if you run business in several regions you need to purchase add on environments for each region.

    Hi, Domain(Tenant)'s location is not directly related to BC's location.

    This is determined when the environment is created in Admin Center.
    For example, if you select US, an environment containing the US local version will be created.
    If you choose JP, it will be the W1 version environment.

    The Localized by Microsoft in the following links all contain localized versions, and the others are all W1 versions.
