
Can someone tell the purpose of Main account category , DR/CR Default , and Balance control?
I need to know because i fail to understand the purpose of these four fields
Main account category can be used for your different purposes one of the purpose is financial reports.
Example: If you want to generate report which has current asset head (row) then you can just map the category current asset and it will fetch balances for all the main account mapped to this category.
Dr/Cr default: Is while entering any financial entry which field system should suggest for amount debit or credit
Balance control: Is used for cash and bank account which helps to identify balance before and after making the financial entry
