Zero balance is not coming in the trial balance

Hi All,

I have created the zero balance main accounts, just by creating main account ID and Name. But the created zero balance main account is not coming to trial balance. Is there any technical issue in this ?? I couldn't able to find out the reason. After saving this main account listpage form, this zero balance has to go to trial balance. Where i can write the code to achieve this. Please anyone help me.

Thanks Crispin,

But i want that zero balance main account to be displayed on the Trial balance list page form and not in the Ledger trial balance report. So give me any solution.

Hi,

Zero balance accounts are not shown in the trial balance list page. If you need to see them then use either the management reporter or the standard ssrs reports.

HI Crispin,

As you said i wrote the logic in LedgerTrialBalanceDP class, in new method for zero balance accounts condition. Later automatically came in Trial balance list page

while select _mainaccount where _mainaccount.type == DimensionLedgerAccountType::ProfitAndLoss

{

balanceAMT = balance.getAccountingCurrencyBalance();

if(balanceAMT==0)

{

ledgerTrialBalanceTmp.PrimaryFocusDescription = _mainaccount.Name;

ledgerTrialBalanceTmp.PrimaryFocus =_mainaccount.MainAccountId;

ledgerTrialBalanceTmp.EndingBalance = balanceAMT;

ledgerTrialBalanceTmp.insert();

}

}
